Our Shipping and Delivery Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, the website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time.
We (https://kannart.de) know that your order arriving on time for your event is VITAL. You shall order with our free standard turnaround time, we never take an order unless we are 100% sure that we can guarantee your deadline. The total delivery time is Order Processing Time + Delivery Time.
The order will be shipped through our courier partners.
It takes approx. 4 weeks to ship the goods within Europe, out of EU extra 2 weeks. All costs are included. (DHL, UPS, Hermes, etc).
In some cases, shipping may take longer based on your location, which will be communicated to the buyer at the time of the order. Generally, items ship as soon as possible.
Customs taxes according to the nature of each country shall be borne by the customer and he must be aware of its details according to his country.
When your package is scanned by our shipping provider, it automatically sends you an email with the tracking number included. Please refer to your tracking information to get an estimate on when you will receive your item(s). We reserve the right to use an email address you provide in your details while making an Order to inform you about updates and other information regarding your Order.
