If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase and wants to return it within 14 days after delivery, we will ask the customer to send the product back to our office (the full address will be provided to the customer via email). In this case, the customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees. After 14 days of delivery of the product, we shall be not liable to accept a return from the Customers.
Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) are not non-refundable.
In case, our customer support team accepts the return of your product. The customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees.
The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received.
All customers must contact Kannart.de for approval before sending or returning any item to us.
Kannart.de will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification to Kannart.de.

Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
All refunds will be an issue as per our refund policy. Please contact us via email, we will respond within 3 (Three) business days.
Moreover, if we remove or suspend you for your breach of the website terms then you will not receive a refund for our service.
